I use them but they dont give me relief the way the actors seem to. Also, in an attempt to roll deep into my spine it flip on its side causing a very uncomfortable roll onto the edges. I mean my fault, but I could use a wider roller for more stability but at these prices Ill just keep qhat I have.

Hurts me

I use these after my runs or long work days and omg! My back feels better, legs are no where near as sore, and recovery from long runs doesn’t take me a couple of days now. So long as I remember to roll out my legs after a run.

I was sceptical as I've used my fair share of foam rollers and massage guns in my time, but this is like nothing else. So simple, yet so effective.

Took me awhile to make the purchase since I have so many different rollers. These however have been extremely helpful with back pain and stretching my back out. Each size has it's purpose, really enjoy rolling with the 2 larger ones at the same time. The neck roller at first made no sense until I heard my neck realign in places where my chiro never could.

I’ve never felt comfortable getting a good stretch in my back. These wheels do that. Very thankful for how they’re helping my back release the tension accumulated over the years. Kudos.
